4th of July2010

Fourth of July was very relaxing this year. We lit off some small fireworks and went to BBQ's.

I know i am so behind on pictures. The last week in June we started our trip in Old Town San Diego and went to the Mormon Battalion, it was lots of fun and also interesting to learn about some history. They have a lot of hands on things to do. The next two days we went to Sea World. Dax had so much fun at Sea World he loved seeing all the animals. Then we headed down to San Elijo State Beach where we camped for four nights and played on the beach during the day. I wish we were back there already. The weather never went above 70.

Cannon and Brooke had fun in a toddler size play area with foam blocks.

On our way down to the camp site we stopped in Carlsbad and picked strawberries that were soooooo delicious.

Look very close...yes he has a sand beard. The kid ate about 30 fist fulls of sand in one day. At first i tried to stop him, but i just let him have fun. His diapers on the other hand were a bit different.

My sister in law Shari found many things threw out the week including this snail. She also found jellyfish and we also watched a girl that was fishing catch a baby shark.

Happy 1st Birthday Cannon! I am so lucky to have you in our lives. We love your smiles and laughs and your cute personality! I love that you and your dad share the same birthday.

Happy Birthday Babe! I love you some much and you are the best husband i could have ever asked for. You are also the greatest dad to our kids and they look up to you. I love you and hope you have a wonderful birthday!

State Line and Hollands 4th Birthday

We went out to Primm to ride the rides for FREE. If you are a resident in the month of June you could ride all the rides for free. So we went..

I needed to flopped these pictures. The 1st pix is after the ride took off and he wanted down. The 2nd pix is before the drop and he is all happy.

Over the 4th of July weekend we had cousin Holland's 4th birthday party. Bat Girl theme...my sister in law made all of these caps for all the kids. Super Cannon!

Toy Story 3 and Jaxon's 1st Birthday

We went and saw Toy Story 3 opening day! Dax loved the movie. Afterwards he told me "mom that was a great show". I think we will be seeing it again before it comes out on dvd.

Before we left for San Diego we had my nephews first birthday. The kids had a blast at the farm themed party.
